We’re not exploring that. But we are exploring Mrs. DiLaurentis returning to Rosewood. She comes back and inhabits the house and her agenda for why she returned is intriguing and peculiar.

Will her son Jason (Drew Van Acker) return with her?
Not right away, no.

So, I guess we can take this as good news? Even though apparently we won’t be seeing Jason anytime soon, Oliver’s “Not right away” kind of insinuates that he’s not the dead body in Wilden’s trunk. This is just an assumption! I will keep you guys updated!

The Season 3 finale of PLL ranked as Tuesday’s #1 TV telecast for the 11th consecutive week in Females 12-34, Teens 12-17 and Female Teens – each week since its January 8 season premiere – and was also the #1 TV telecast in Viewers 12-34 and the #1 cable TV telecast in Women 18-34 and Women 18-49.

The episode also became the #1 “most social” series episode on record during its airtime according to SocialGuide, and the first series episode to amass over 1 million Total airtime Tweets in TV history, accouting for one-third of all Twitter activity in the hour. Including the hours leading up to and following, it generated close to 1.6 million tweets overall.

Of course after that season 3 finale of Pretty Little Liars, we all want answers! So far no news on Jason. We know he’s “staying at a friend’s in Virginia”, because that’s what he texted Emily… But we know better than to trust texts when it comes to his show. With something being inside a trunk and the news of a possible death in the show’s 4th season, people have all different kind of theories.

“We’re not doing a time-jump this year. There’s a game changing event because of what’s in that trunk. What is inside that trunk will really send our girls down a different path this year.” said PLL Executive Producer, Oliver Goldstick.

Jason’s mom, Jessica DiLaurentis, will be coming back to Rosewood, and here’s what Oliver had to say about that to Entertainment Weekly:

“Yes, she returns Mrs. D. She’s part of the season in a big way and a suspect, a really cool character. Let’s just say she’s clearly not back because she wants to redesign the garden. Jason is gone, and she seems to have some weird motives. She also wants to be gathering the girls close to her for some reason, and it’s really mysterious or intriguing as to why she wants these girls to be hanging at the DiLaurentis house and drawing them close.”

Pretty Little Liars Executive Producer, Oliver Goldstick, gave some details to Hollywood.com about the show’s 4th season!

It’s safe to assume that there’s a body lodged in the trunk of Wilden’s formerly lake-bound cop car. “There’s going to be another death, that’s something that really launches us into Season 4,” Goldstick teases. “I’m not going to say who or when or where, but the population will be one less once again in Rosewood.”

A familiar and very important face will be returning to Rosewood. “We have Mrs. DiLaurentis coming back into town and living in that house and having some very bizarre behavior, which will lead the girls to question Alison’s death further,” he reveals.

“Pretty Little Liars” costume designer Mandi Line, recently talked to Teen Vogue about having the task of outfitting the show’s cast. Here’s what she had to say about the boys’ style (including Jason)!

What’s your strategy with the boys?
For the boys, we make sure the clothes have a really good fit and are on-trend. Toby was preppier in the beginning because we wanted to see why Spencer liked him. But since Toby himself has an edge and a great body, we put him in simple stuff that shows it off. Caleb we dress like a dark dude, the bad boy. Ezra’s a little bit more mature. They want to keep him teacher-esque, but still somewhat young. We’re always trying to make Ezra cooler! I try to do hip Banana Republic or hip J. Crew. And Jason DiLaurentis, we laugh because we just put him in a Henley most of the time because he’s so hot! I can’t even have a fitting with him — I literally get nervous!
